Our “not” cross buns are an inclusive twist on the traditional hot cross buns. Beautifully made with natural, local and honest ingredients using artisan techniques with no additives or preservatives.
Soft textured, aromatic spiced fruit buns packed with plump raisins, cranberries, apricots and candied orange and finished with a sticky sweet glaze steeped in Sonoma coffee and spices. The buns are finished with our signature “S” as opposed to the traditional cross piping.
Our Not Cross Buns taste exceptional at room temperature or slightly toasted with cultured butter. For those who like to indulge try an ice-cream sandwich with toasted not cross buns, vanilla ice-cream & Sonoma Salted Caramel Sauce.
