The majority of our bread is sourdough; except for our milk enriched burger buns.
Sourdough does not only have a unique delicious taste with an open chewy crumb and a crunchy crust, but it is also a healthier alternative to regular white bread. The bacteria occurring from its natural fermentation process make sourdough more nutritious and easier to digest than other bread types.
Our bakery uses shared equipment and therefore we can not guarantee that any of our products are completely gluten free, even if their recipe does not contain any gluten.
Most of our baked goods are offered in all our bakeries. However, some of our stores have a wider range of ovens & equipment which allow us to offer specific products in certain bakeries only.

Absolutely! We currently supply sourdough bread and baked goods to Sydney's top restaurants, specialty coffee shops and cafes. We currently supply to a selection of supermarkets and independent grocers. Please send us your area code in an email to info@sonoma.com.au and we will locate our closest supplier for you.
