Expertly crafted and curated, each and every panettone is a quest that begins with a lievito madre or “mother yeast”, that is carefully nurtured and married with the finest selection of ingredients.

This year’s exclusive edition is artfully crafted over three days and marries Belgian milk chocolate with brandied, peak-season cherries and Australian almonds. The soft, rich and buttery interior is perfectly balanced with an almond and sugar macaronade crust.

Individually boxed in beautiful packaging making them the perfect gift for food lovers or statement piece for entertaining.

Serving & Storage
Our panettone tastes exceptional at room temperature or slightly warmed. To heat your panettone, warm in oven at 100c for 5-10 minutes. Remove paper from the sides, slice vertically with a serrated knife and serve with fresh mascarpone.
To preserve freshness, keep tightly sealed in the bag that it comes in and store at ambient temperature away from direct heat or sunlight.
