Richly fruited Christmas pudding handmade in small batches from a very special selection of vine fruits, cherries, almonds and plums steeped in locally sourced brandy and Young Henry's Motor Oil Porter Ale.

  • Serving & Storage
    Our puddings taste exceptionally good as is, but should you choose to heat your pudding, remove pudding from cotton bag and place into simmering water in the vacuum-sealed bag for around 6 minutes. Serve with Pepe Saya Brandy Crème Anglaise.
