This Vegetarian Pie is made with Mushroom which are slowly browned with garlic, fresh thyme and onions and then deglazed with port and white wines for a marriage of sweet and tangy flavours. After cooled, the cooked mushroom filling is mixed with fresh grated mozzarella. Each pie is made with a flaky & buttery shortcrust (Pate Brisee) base and topped with a Pepe Says Whey butter Ruff Puff. Egg washed and topped with Poppy seeds then baked to golden perfection.
