Title

This holiday iteration of the Sonoma Lamington, is inspired by the classic European Black Forest Torte. The lamingtons are built with a house made cherry jam and rich vanilla-cream cheese cream which are sandwiched together between 2 vanilla sponges soaked in a kirsch scented sugar syrup. Each lamington is cut and dip in our chocolate glaze and subsequently rolled in a cocoa crumble and dark chocolate coating.
