A classic beef pie, made with the flakiest Pate Brisee, fall apart tender pieces of beef slow cooked in a white wine gravy with aromatic herbs thyme and rosemary. Enveloped in a whey butter ruff puff pastry, this delicious hearty pie will surely satisfy any pie purist.

    Chuck Beef, Brown Onions, Carrots, Celery, Garlic, Bay Leaves, Tomato Paste, Coriander, Sea Salt, White Pepper, Paprika, Wine, Thyme, Rosemary, Lemon Juice, Whey Butter, Whole Eggs, Butter.

  • Serving & Storage
    Round out the meal with a side of creamy mashed potatoes, minted peas, and gravy.

  • Baking Instructions
    Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, place frozen pie on baking tray and bake for 60 -70 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool down for 10 minutes before cutting and serve.
