It is hard to believe that we can make something already known for being good better, but this is exactly what we have been able to this with our Country Chicken Pie. Starting with the filling, the chicken is slow cooked until it falls apart by just looking at it. the flavours are classic yet improved by the addition of some unique ingredients like white wine and fennel seeds as well as fresh parsley. Each pies is lined with a base of our flaky and crumbly Pate Brisee dough base made with 100% butter and then topped with a Pepe Saya Ruff Puff and egg washed before baking as well as topped with sesame seeds. Baked to perfection, our pies have the perfect balance of flavours as well as textures.
